The golf course layout has been masterfully planned by the DDV Design Group. This includes 9 holes and 18 tee variations. The course was opened on the 7 March 2013 and the facilities include a clubhouse, pro shop, driving range and academy. The course adheres to USGA standards and has received rave reviews since its launch. It is one of the top golf courses in KZN and has been named as one of the top 9-hole courses in South Africa by Golf Digest.
Mountain biking trails are easily accessible and have been received with acclaim. The Hidden Valley basin creates wide trails with sweeping turns through gently sloping grassland. The Black tracks offer aerial views of the golf course with challenging single tracks and stunning, uninterrupted views. This all contributes to creating a world class all terrain mountain biking trail.
There are over 50kms of trails through the estate which cater for all-levels with 3 route types
The abundant water space and quality landscape at Vulintaba lends itself to the ideal trout fishing experience, which will cater for all aspirant and skilled fishermen through the trophy and beginner dams. on site management and stocking will ensure the dams on Vulintaba are a fisherman’s heaven.
Trail walkers and runners are spoilt for choice at Vulintaba Country Estate. Fun-filled routes of hiking paths and mountain biking tracks, over boulder and under branches, through rivers and to the summit of a magnificent amphitheater, through thick over-grown slopes to grassy plains….
